You may be reading this website for curiosity or because you have a problem with the CSA.
From listening to people we have learnt that as time goes on people get angry, frustrated and then tired. Apathy may set in. After all, how can you do anything?
You may have tried to obtain legal advice. In some cases this may be sufficient. Again through our research in our opinion we have found the legal profession as a whole are unaware of what to do
Also, again through research, in our opinion the CSA do not always know the powers they have. If you speak to some one on the phone and they are unaware of the law then they might not have the answer.
If however you are aware you may begin to take control. Again this may be hard as you are having to deal with lack of money and looking after children and ex-partners as well as trying to move on with your life. Again the quicker you resolve matters the better.
The more knowledge you have the easier it will become. As a company we have tried to put together a concise information pack.
We believe the CSA can work if people make it work.
WE wish you luck and please do not give up. There is help, just look for it.
